#Cornography Day 26: Corn and Grapefruit Salad with Shichimi

Well this was goddamn delicious. Chunks of white grapefruit, mixed with corn and honey, finished with a very light drizzle of sesame oil, a heavy sprinkle of shichimi togarashi, sea salt, and some torn coriander leaves. Tangy-sweet-refreshing-nutty-spicy-aromatic and definitely a winner.
