#Cornography Day 30: Prawn, Grapefruit, and Corn Salad with Tarragon Lime Dressing

A tasty if disappointing lunch made mostly out of leftovers from a catering job I did yesterday, simply combining king tiger prawns, grapefruit,  corn, jalapeño cornbread croutons, shichimi, and a tarragon-lime mayo dressing. It was good, but the meaty prawns and creamy sauce interrupted the pure refreshment that I loved when I combined grapefruit, corn, and chilli. Sometimes simple is best.
