#Cornography Day 31: Corn with Katsuobushi Nori Furikake

One month into this project and I find myself in Tokyo for an impromptu holiday, taking advantage of a rare week off for Laura and irresistibly cheap flight from Turkish Airlines. Which puts me simultaneously at a disadvantage – no cooking facilities in my hotel room – and an advantage – endless interesting Japanese ingredients at my disposal.

Which leads us to tonight’s corn, simply topped with some katsuobushi and nori furikake purchased for ¥100 from a nearby 7-11. Umami fishy sweet moreish nutty filling.
