#Cornography Day 42: Corn with Tarragon-Lime Dressing


A half-full squeeze bottle of delicious homemade tarragon-lime salad dressing sits in the fridge, unfairly neglected, because I don’t eat a lot of salad, especially in winter. I do, however, eat a lot of corn, and the zesty-creamy-herbal flavor of the dressing actually matches perfectly with the sweetness of the corn. A little Old Bay and some linseeds were all I needed to complete this light and simple lunch.
