#Cornography Day 58: Breakfast Burritos with Corn

I had some tortillas, pork and beans, and rice leftover from burrito night on Friday. I reheated them together with a can of corn with peppers and some eggs. When the eggs were set I loaded everything into the tortillas, topped it off with shredded Edam and creme fraiche, and wrapped it up. It was stodgy and bland. But that’s why God gave us Jamaican hot pepper sauce.
