#Cornography Day 60: Corn and Peas on Toast

I mixed a can of corn and peas with mentaiko mayo, finger chilli, and spring onion. I spooned it onto hearty toast, topped it with grated parmesan, and stuck it under the grill. It was crunchy creamy sweet spicy oniony umami. It was most satisfactory.
