#Cornography Day 64: Corn with Yuzu-Wasabi Furikake

I brought some furikake along with me to Dubai, just for the off chance that I wouldn’t be able to find anything else to garnish it with. The yuzu was incredibly faint, but it carried wasabi’s sweetness and aroma without much of its nostril-blazing heat, which was nice. The combination reminded me of corn-mayo gunkan-zushi. Not bad.
