#Cornography Day 76: Corn with Jamaican Hot Pepper Sauce

Jamaican hot pepper sauce is probably my second favourite chilli sauce (after sriracha, of course). It has a nice, lip-smacking whack of vinegar like Tabasco does, but with a much hotter, fruitier, fuller chilli flavor. It’s great on all sorts of things, and corn is no exception. I wolfed this down even though I wasn’t hungry.
